PrintLife pour Mac

Chronos is a scam company. It's shameful that you even have them on your site. They should be banned. This is the company with ZERO support for its app and definitely with people who purchase their apps. You can send 1000 tickets/complaints. But I guarantee you, they will never reply or even fix.

Beware Chronos. Zero support for applications. Sells software with Invalid Signature and certificates so you cannot launch. Beware.

I contacted Support in NOVEMBER 2015 re print Life 3 ( All versions of 3) NOT WORKING WITH OSX elCaptian(10.11). I have place 4 comments since on their website informing them it DOES NOT WORK. I have to date had not one reply. I even suggest that they put a courteous note saying what was wrong. NO RESPONSE to that either. Yet they spend time promoting new software!!

I have been attempting to contact tech support at Chronos in vain since December 10th ... no response. So I informed them I would leave a post here since they might look at that. I purchased PrintLife 3.0.3 and now tested 3.0.4 with the same results -- the application launches, but will not open templates or documents. I sent Jerry the console readout which should identify the problem and asked if it waster code or my configuration ... no response. So, Chronos, can you help me? First, realize that there is NO customer support. Buy at your own risk, as you will never get any response to support requests from Chronos. Worst customer support of any Mac company. Second, upgrades from version 2 pop-up as $29.99. However, you can buy it here for $19.99. Again, Chronos does not care at all about customers once you have purchased any of their products. So buyer beware. Third, I find little to warrant an upgrade to 3, other than it works ONLY in El Capitan (version 2 works fine). The layouts look identical, the templates are the same...in short, I've not found anything except possibly the 10 new templates. Certainly nothing to justify the $29.99 upgrade cost.
