PrintLife para Mac

Chronos is a scam company. It's shameful that you even have them on your site. They should be banned. This is the company with ZERO support for its app and definitely with people who purchase their apps. You can send 1000 tickets/complaints. But I guarantee you, they will never reply or even fix.

Beware Chronos. Zero support for applications. Sells software with Invalid Signature and certificates so you cannot launch. Beware.

I contacted Support in NOVEMBER 2015 re print Life 3 ( All versions of 3) NOT WORKING WITH OSX elCaptian(10.11). I have place 4 comments since on their website informing them it DOES NOT WORK. I have to date had not one reply. I even suggest that they put a courteous note saying what was wrong. NO RESPONSE to that either. Yet they spend time promoting new software!!

I have been attempting to contact tech support at Chronos in vain since December 10th ... no response. So I informed them I would leave a post here since they might look at that. I purchased PrintLife 3.0.3 and now tested 3.0.4 with the same results -- the application launches, but will not open templates or documents. I sent Jerry the console readout which should identify the problem and asked if it waster code or my configuration ... no response. So, Chronos, can you help me? Here is the console ... anyone help here? 12/21/15 10:02:51.913 PM PrintLife[1585]: *** Assertion failure in -[NSMenu itemAtIndex:], /Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/AppKit/AppKit-1404.34/Menus.subproj/NSMenu.m:947 12/21/15 10:02:51.914 PM PrintLife[1585]: Invalid parameter not satisfying: (index >= 0) && (index < [_itemArray count]) 12/21/15 10:02:51.917 PM PrintLife[1585]: ( 0 CoreFoundation 0x00007fff86f97ae2 __exceptionPreprocess + 178 1 libobjc.A.dylib 0x00007fff9181cf7e objc_exception_throw + 48 2 CoreFoundation 0x00007fff86f978ba +[NSException raise:format:arguments:] + 106 3 Foundation 0x00007fff9141188c -[NSAssertionHandler handleFailureInMethod:object:file:lineNumber:description:] + 198 4 AppKit 0x00007fff95c4f0b4 -[NSMenu itemAtIndex:] + 178 5 PrintLife 0x0000000107c68b93 PrintLife + 183187 6 PrintLife 0x0000000107c5b2d5 PrintLife + 127701 7 PrintLife 0x0000000107c5a9a9 PrintLife + 125353 8 AppKit 0x00007fff95d83821 -[NSWindowController _windowDidLoad] + 592 9 AppKit 0x00007fff95d6c991 -[NSWindowController window] + 110 10 AppKit 0x00007fff95d7db66 -[NSWindowController showWindow:] + 36 11 AppKit 0x00007fff95d94f76 -[NSDocument showWindows] + 93 12 AppKit 0x00007fff95d6e88f -[NSDocumentController openUntitledDocumentAndDisplay:error:] + 470 13 AppKit 0x00007fff95d94c25 -[NSDocumentController newDocument:] + 36 14 libsystem_trace.dylib 0x00007fff87a4907a _os_activity_initiate + 75 15 AppKit 0x00007fff95e0251d -[NSApplication sendAction:to:from:] + 460 16 PrintLife 0x0000000107d8ef67 PrintLife + 1388391 17 ImageKit 0x00007fff96a4b7b9 -[IKImageBrowserView(ImageBrowserEvents) mouseUp:] + 580 18 AppKit 0x00007fff963c2067 -[NSWindow _handleMouseUpEvent:isDelayedEvent:] + 119 19 AppKit 0x00007fff963c2fad -[NSWindow _reallySendEvent:isDelayedEvent:] + 212 20 AppKit 0x00007fff95d1b735 -[NSWindow sendEvent:] + 517 21 AppKit 0x00007fff95d17e49 -[NSApplication sendEvent:] + 2540 22 AppKit 0x00007fff95c4b03a -[NSApplication run] + 796 23 AppKit 0x00007fff95bcd520 NSApplicationMain + 1176 24 libdyld.dylib 0x00007fff844e25ad start + 1 25 ??? 0x0000000000000001 0x0 + 1 )

First, realize that there is NO customer support. Buy at your own risk, as you will never get any response to support requests from Chronos. Worst customer support of any Mac company. Second, upgrades from version 2 pop-up as $29.99. However, you can buy it here for $19.99. Again, Chronos does not care at all about customers once you have purchased any of their products. So buyer beware. Third, I find little to warrant an upgrade to 3, other than it works ONLY in El Capitan (version 2 works fine). The layouts look identical, the templates are the same...in short, I've not found anything except possibly the 10 new templates. Certainly nothing to justify the $29.99 upgrade cost.
